Join us for an interactive cooking class that will teach kids how foods and ingredients can best support different stages of life, from youth through adulthood!

It all starts in the kitchen. Join us for an exciting, hands-on cooking class where parents and kids will work side-by-side to turn everyday ingredients into delicious, feel-good meals that support energy, mood, and long-term wellness.

Longevity Lab: Building Longevity One Bite at a Time

Led by Executive Chef Josh Hannon and Head of Beverage Sarah Johnson, the evening will feature an interactive experience that is all about cooking with intention while having fun together. You’ll discover how to make simple, nourishing meals as a family and explore the connection between what you eat and how you feel.

Please note: This class is designed for children ages 8 and up. All children attending must have a ticket. A guardian is required to stay (no ticket purchase necessary)

About Josh Hannon:

Joshua Hannon is a dedicated and accomplished Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. For the past three years, he has brought his culinary expertise and leadership to ANEU Kitchens. Known for his strong leadership, creativity in the kitchen, and exceptional organizational skills, Josh has built a distinguished career developing high-quality menus, managing cohesive kitchen teams, and optimizing both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.

About Sarah Johnson:

Sarah Johnson is the Beverage Director at ANEU Kitchens and has been a vital team member for the past eight years. She oversees food production for the beverage department, maintaining the highest standards of quality control while developing new, innovative menu items-ranging from juices and smoothies to tonics and elixirs. Known for her methodical and thoughtful approach, Sarah blends nutrition and flavor to craft drinks that are as delicious as they are nourishing.
