Who’s Leading This?

I’m John Zhang — a 50+ dad of three kids under 10, former executive of a national health media company, and Crohn’s survivor.

In college, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, an “incurable” autoimmune condition. At my lowest point, I discovered the ancient practice of QiGong — and it changed everything. Through daily practice and lifestyle optimization, I gradually healed and have lived Crohn’s-free for over 30 years — without medication.

QiGong is one of the world’s most powerful longevity practices, yet it remains largely unknown in the U.S. Dr. Oz recommended it for longevity.

For the past three decades, I’ve explored and taught holistic, science-backed approaches to longevity — from Qigong, yoga, meditation, and nutrition to light therapy and modern wellness strategies. My passion is helping later-in-life dads reclaim their energy, strength, and health — so they can thrive alongside their kids at every stage of life.
