Our teaching and organising community is the foundation of London's CI community.
We want to celebrate being here together and meet you as a community, not just as individual practitioners.

Join us for one or two days of dancing, where you can fully let go—fall, fly, and be caught by the fabric of long-term, lush CI practices that our community holds. Experience CI as life integration where body meets mind and generates a collective field of care, curiosity and spirit.

We enter with as little agenda as possible, honouring the present moment that improvisation and jamming invite. Each day will be centred around spacious jams in the large Walworth Hall. Adjacent areas—the kitchen, living room, chill-out space and courtyard—give us room to chat, eat, rest, dream, and flow.

As our dancing and teaching community grows in size, practices, wisdom, and challenges, this event offers us a chance to jam our way into sensing who we are now and how we step into the future together.

Before and during the event, you are invited to share any questions you have about CI—technical, visionary, reflective, or concerning needs or serious concerns. We will dedicate 1.5 hours each day for teachers to explore these questions in small, spontaneous labs that you’re welcome to join on the spot.

And that’s really all there is to it!

This event is for people who consider CI an ongoing practice and who want to connect with the wider community through shared research and continuous exploration.

Please bring your own food. A microwave, cups, tea, and basic kitchen essentials are available to support your day.
