Local Matters: Hampton Bays

As part of an ongoing series of special Express Sessions events, titled "Local Matters," Hampton Bays will be in the spotlight. Local and town leaders will be part of a panel discussion devoted to the important issues for Southampton Town's most populated hamlet. The community will choose the topics to be discussed from among a wide range of recent headlines, from the ongoing legal battle over the Shinnecock Nation's Westwoods property, to a proposed cannabis shop on Main Street, to traffic and affordable housing, and so many other issues that directly affect Hampton Bays.

As with every Express Sessions event, those in attendance will have a chance to ask questions and offer comments on the subjects at hand. The event — held at Cowfish on Thursday, November 20 — will be recorded, and video will be shared at 27east.com.
