What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy is nonrefundable for this conference, so we are unable to give a refund for a cancelation. You are free to resell on social media or gift to a friend. Let us know if you need your ticket information switched to a new name, and we will be happy to help switch it over for you.

Can I still purchase a VIP ticket?

Accepted Answer

All VIP tickets are sold out at this time. Because our VIP tickets are non-refundable,  buyers who are no longer able to attend sometimes choose to resale in the LO Sister Conference group on the free side of our LO Sister App. If you wish to upgrade to VIP, you are free to be on the lookout there.

Will there be an option to watch conference live online?

As of now, there is not an online option to steam our conference live online. We always love to post all recaps and key points of messages on our social media platforms and to our weekly blogs so nobody misses any wisdom!

Question 4

Can I bring my infant?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring your infant to conference. We would like to note that we are unable to provide childcare or private breastfeeding areas at our venue. If you decide to bring your baby along, we advise purchasing earphones that fit your infant as the band may be too loud for little ears.

Are there any group rates?

Accepted Answer

If you are purchasing tickets for a group of five or more, you are free to use the promo code GROUP at checkout to receive $15 off your ticket purchase.
