About this event

Save the Bay is a Bay Area environmental non-profit working to protect and restore the San Francisco Bay for people and wildlife. One of the ways they strive to meet their mission is through community based stewardship led by their Habitat Restoration Team.

J oin us on Saturday, September 13th from 10am to 1pm! Nursery volunteer tasks can include anything from seed cleaning to transplanting or other tasks. Volunteers should bring water bottles, snacks, wear long pants and closed toe shoes that they feel comfortable getting dirty. All tools and guidance will be provided by Save the Bay staff.

The nursery is just off of the Garretson Point Staging Area within East Bay Regional Parks MLK Shoreline.
