Summary:
Join us for a guided Forest Bathing walk—a mindful experience in nature designed to help you relax, restore, and reconnect. We’ll explore the Black Canyon Trail in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, taking time to pause, reflect, and notice our surroundings. This is not a hike, but an invitation to move slowly, and enjoy time with nature and community. We’ll cover approximately 2 miles round-trip over the course of 2.5 hours outdoors, moving at a gentle, unhurried pace.
