Dawn comes from a long line of storytellers. She began practicing the art before she could hold a pencil. She loves writing about the fantasy worlds she lives in.

Malik Thompson is a Japanese language enthusiast who loves to write all kinds of material like fantasy, sci-fi, short stories, novels, and poems. When not writing, he enjoys a multitude of pursuits from dancing, martial arts and cooking.

Elise Glassman lives and writes in New Orleans. Her stories and creative nonfiction have appeared in The Colorado Review, Main Street Rag, The Portland Review, Per Contra, Spank the Carp, San Antonio Review, The Metaworker Literary Magazine and most recently Thimble Lit Magazine. She is an assistant fiction editor at Pithead Chapel and is currently at work on a memoir.

Marcio Oviedo has been living in New Orleans for nearly eight years. In his spare time he enjoys writing, video editing, and recording audio. His latest project is his two YouTube Channels “The Red Bean Podcast “New Orleans Edition” and “The Midnight Train to Sleepy Hills”. He plans to read an episode that has not been released yet from his Sleepy Hills series season 2.

Jaime Dunkle (she/they) discovered her poetic voice at age 11. She has performed live on KBOO Radio and at events such as Show & Tell Gallery (Portland, Oregon), Decentered (San Francisco), and The Poetry Buffet (New Orleans). Her work has been published online and in indie zines. Her social media handle is @retroactive_beatnik

Olivia F. Scott is a C-Suite Marketing Executive, Entrepreneur, Writer & Adjunct Professor.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Omerge Alliances, she leads event content curation for such media & beauty clients as ESSENCE Festival, Cry Out Con, among others. Prior to founding her firm in 2009, Olivia served for 14 years in marketing leadership roles at Carol’s Daughter, VIBE Magazine, Live Nation, and more. Olivia is also an Adjunct Marketing & Advertising Professor at Loyola University.
