Erika Lehmann has spent the last 30 years honing her extensive entrepreneurial experience working to find the balance between being an executive coach, PhD, CEO, CFO, sales leader, researcher, mentor, Equine Gestaltist™ and mother. Today Erika’s work is focused on the transformative power of following one's heart and rediscovering life’s passions by coaching others with the help of her mustang herd. She lives in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with her husband, two sons, two dogs, four goats, and four mustangs. She loves horses, the outdoors, and is the mother of four, a stepmom to three, and has three grandchildren.
