Living with Purpose: an ACT-based workshop, Part 2
Overview
This is Part 2 of an experiential workshop series will allow you to learn more about what's important to you, who you want to be (through good times and bad), and set attainable goals you can follow through with.
In Part 2, we will reflect on what you have learned as you have tried making progress on living your life with intention. What has worked? What could benefit from shifting? We will discuss the role of non-judgment and compassion and learn why these are more helpful to change than criticism. You will leave the session with an opportunity to shift your plan to increase flexibility to better meet your goals and intentions.
You may sign up for just Part 1 or Part 2, signing up for both workshops is not required.
