Learn evidence-based approaches from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to begin the year with intentionality towards your values.
This is Part 1 of an experiential workshop series will allow you to learn more about what's important to you, who you want to be (through good times and bad), and set attainable goals you can follow through with.
In Part 1, we will engage in exercises to help connect with the present moment, clarify your values, and reflect on your own experiences to help create a plan for moving forward towards your goals.
You may sign up for just Part 1 or Part 2, signing up for both workshops is not required.
