A panel discussion moderated by journalist Breanna Xavier-Carter in conversation with Serena Habib, founder of the Canadian Premenstrual Disorders Association, Nadine Evans, registered psychotherapist at Impart Therapy who offers support to those with PMDD and Dr. Natasha Williams, a registered psychologist and award-winning radical self-care expert.
