Living Well Days
Overview
What if dementia support didn’t mean sitting still all day?
Welcome to Living Well Days - where movement, fun, and real connection come first.A new kind of activity day for people with dementia – and the first session is half price!
Launching this July in Hanham, Living Well Days are weekly small-group sessions designed for people living with early-stage dementia - and they’re nothing like the usual routine.
Forget seated ball games and passive activities. We’re bringing in real, adapted fun like:
- Soft archery
 - Inflatable darts
 - Mini sports day-style games
 - Team challenges that build confidence and spark connection
Led by a qualified sports coach and supported by dementia-trained staff, these sessions are all about movement, mood-boosting fun, and helping people feel like themselves again — active, capable, and connected.
Every Tuesday | 10am – 2pm
Hanham Community Centre (Bristol)
Nutritious lunch, drinks & full activity programme included
First session just £40 (50% off!)
