Join me (Katrina Niesen- The Sourdough Mama on Insta) for a LIVE 2.5 hour online class that will take your sourdough scoring to the next level! During our time together, you will learn the fundamental principles of sourdough scoring and discover tips to improve your skills. We will talk about why we score our bread, learn about various cuts and the impact they will have on your design, and then virtually cover each step in a score while you observe, or follow along with your own dough, as Katrina scores a 3D flower design. Max group size is 10 to ensure an intimate experience and time for Q&A will be built into the session as well. Each participant will receive my Artistic Scoring Ebook and access to The Sourdough Mama Facebook group.

Please note: Class will be in English and time zone is PST. Due to the virtual nature, this is primarily a demonstration/informational class however you are welcome to come prepared with your own dough to score during the class or just observe.
