Join in a fun approach for a blend of rhythm structure and simple spontaneity.

We will root and deveolop a relationship to a rhythm structure
This structure provides a way with prompts to have simple spontaneity
that keeps you flowing.

The idea is to offer an experience where an element of simple spontaneity can be cultivated to be part of your playing within a structure.

We use a root structure
We learn 3 groupings of patterns that has endless pattern combining possibilities.
The groupings are very easy to learn and utilize.

We work on a cycle of 7 and cycle of 8

You'll be provided with a sytem to continue exploring with structure and spontaneity
with the root structure.

The inspiration
I'm a self prompting player.
Self prompting is a way I explore with curiosity.
When I explore I find new ways to variate spontaneously.
Not high level improv but simple improv that keeps
me flowing.
This is how I find patterns to teach though now
I get to share the process.
