ABOUT

I'm excited you're here! I'm Matt Sanita, a mental health therapist, coach, and speaker. Things are difficult for a lot of people right now. That's why we're coming together. And I hope you'll join us for an hour dedicated completely to ourselves. This will be a special, interactive and virtual event, to help us relax, reflect, recharge. During the event, I'll lead us in a 3 segment, 30 minute guided meditation session followed by a Q&A session. A chat box will be available for attendees to connect with each other and with me.

Multiple dates are available for the event.


GUIDED MEDITATION

The guided meditation will focus on helping participants to slow down and relax; Reflect on the past few weeks, exploring deep and meaningful questions we often forget to asks ourselves; And recharge for the weeks ahead. This meditation will be great for first time meditators and beginners or anyone looking to meditate and connect with others.


Q&A SESSION

During the Q&A session, I'll answer the questions you submitted related to mental health, personal growth, relationships, and workplace struggles to help you move forward with momentum with some added perspective. The names of the individuals that submit the questions will not be shared during the event. Submit your questions for the Q&A on the ticket form when checking out or by emailing events@mattsanita.com.
