Nope! This session is for everyone — whether you’re totally new or have done hypnosis before. You just need a quiet space and an open mind.

Will I  lose control?

Not at all. You’ll be fully aware and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state — not sleep, and definitely not mind control.

What do I need to prepare?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Headphones are helpful, and you might want a blanket, journal, or water nearby.
