Overview
Welcome everyone to the LIVE ONLINE (1HR) BALLET CLASS with Caroline! Get ready to dance and have fun from the comfort of your own home.
Join us on WEDNESDAYS 1:00 PM (Mountain Time) to learn some classic ballet moves and improve your skills. A minimum of 2 years of ballet experienced is experience required, a space with tile or hardwood floor, socks or ballet shoes, a barre or the support of the back of a chair is recommended. Let's keep dancing toegther!
Caroline will guide you through a 40mn classical ballet barre exercises followed by a 10mn deep stretch, and a 10mn simple center work for balance and flow exercises. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy a unique ballet experience online. Progression and modifications will always be offered.

MEET CAROLINE
Caroline started dance at age of 4, and joined the National Conservatory of La Rochelle, then of Aix-En-Provence, France. She received the National Bronze Medal in 1988, awarded by Paris Opera judges under the curriculum and leadership of Claude Bessy. She trained with Collette Milner, Sophie Baule, Madame Mansio, Sophie Rouch, Jennifer Goube and Madame Krassovska.
She started her professional career at age of 16, touring with local and international companies in South of France. She danced major roles in Raymonda, Faust, La Bayadere, Paquita, Chopiniana, and was soloist for emerging choreographers' works; she also appeared in commercial/prints as dance model in Paris. She has been teaching Ballet for over 10 years in the Dallas Metroplex and attended the ABT Teacher training in New York in 2011.
