Join us for a rare, intimate evening of live music as guitarist Kevin Metzger, producer R. Aaron Walters, and a rotating cast of special guests record and film their next collaborative album, LIVE NEW WORLDS , in front of a small studio audience at How Much?! Studios in Austin, TX.
Each night features a unique performance blending original compositions and free improvisation inspired by spontaneous prompts. The result is music that lives in the moment, blending structure with unpredictability, and rooted in the duo’s history.
They’ll be joined by an incredible lineup of guest artists across both nights, including:
Jared Davis (guitar)
Shelby Dems (violin)
Andrew Dobos (modded marimba)
Jeremy Howell (saxophone)
Charlie Kessenich (drums)
This is more than a concert; it's a behind-the-scenes look at the making of an album. All audience members will receive:
- A digital copy of the final LIVE NEW WORLDS album and film upon release
- An exclusive invitation to the first public screening and discussion of Kevin & Aaron's album-film The Bachian Swing Consort film on Monday, October 20
- A chance to possibly be on camera while witnessing professional musicians create brand new music up close in a space designed for creative collaboration
