What is Little City Thrifty?

Little City Thrifty is a ticketed weekend-long event that takes place indoors twice annually in Providence, RI at WaterFire Arts Center (475 Valley Street). Each event features 90 booths of vintage dealers from New England and beyond, a bar, food and treats, a vendor-created playlist, and more.

Can I buy tickets at the door? Is there a ticket waitlist?

Little City Thrifty has historically sold out in advance, and we will not have tickets available at the door for any session that has sold out in advance. If a session has sold out, it is truly sold out and we can’t sell more tickets at the door.  There is no ticket waitlist.

Question 3

Do kids need tickets? Can I bring a stroller?

Accepted Answer

Kids age 3 and under can attend at no cost, but kids age 4 and up do require a ticket. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Strollers are welcome, but please do be careful as the event is busy and does get crowded.

Can I change my ticket to a different day or time? Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we can’t change tickets from one day or time slot to another.  Tickets are not refundable or transferrable to another event.

I bought tickets from a third party - can you verify if they're real?

Due to extensive fraud, we can’t ever guarantee that tickets bought on the re-sale market are valid. We recommend buying tickets directly from Eventbrite.

Question 6

Do vendors accept cash or cards? Is there an ATM on site?

Accepted Answer

There is no ATM on site. Most vendors accept cash, cards and Venmo/Paypal/Cash App.

Question 7

Can I leave the event and come back inside?

Accepted Answer

You’re welcome to leave and re-enter on the same day, as long as you are wearing your wrist band.

Where do I park?

Off-street parking is free for all attendees and vendors in the WaterFire Arts Center parking lot.

Question 9

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue is fully ADA compliant. If you have any questions or require any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.  Handicap parking is available near the front entrance.

Question 10

Are food/drinks available at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We'll have a full bar on site (beer, cocktails, mocktails!), hosted by Inside Voices, along with coffee and two pop-up restaurants.
