Breathwork is designed to stir up emotions and trauma to release, reset, and reprogram the subconscious and nervous system. While this IS deep work, it can also be a light and empowering experience.

Consult with a doctor if: pregnant (esp 3rd trimester), cardiac issues (e.g. high BP), history of seizures, recent surgery/injury, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder diagnosis, or eye conditions like glaucoma or retinal detachment. If you have asthma, bring your inhaler and have it next to you.
