Lincolnshire Game Developers
Overview
If you make video games, board games, or any other kind of game, you are welcome, even if you haven't released anything yet. I have met a few people locally in differing game making roles, so this is to get us together, and hopefully find many more people.
This is intended as a friendly casual event to share experiences and knowledge to build a supportive group to help grow games development in the area, and so it isn't a lonely experience making games away from the industry hotspots. This is a quarterly event on the 2nd Tuesday of a month (starting November, but might be a month early in the summer to avoid everyone on holiday in August).
The plan is to start at 6pm so people can come along early if they need to get a train or bus home that means they cannot stay late, but it is OK to arrive later. People have arrived at differing times at past events, and is not a problem, so don't worry if you cannot make it for 6pm.
Turn right in the Still, and we have the room at the back on the right.
Please sign up so we have an idea of how many people we can expect, but you can just turn up. If you cannot make this event, but would like to attend future events, please let me know (on here, or at Andy Cowe on LinkedIn).
As it is in a city centre pub in the evening, the event isn't suitable for children.
