Free timed entry tickets are typically available 30 days in advance of the day of the event. If you are unable to get tickets now, check back, we'll release more soon. Tickets are often available for same day and immediate entry.

All visits require a timed entry ticket.
Tickets can be booked for entry from 10 am until 4 pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
There is NO ENTRY after 4:30pm.
We accept donations from those who are able and want to give. You can donate at time of reservation or any time during your visit.

Frequently asked questions
If tickets are available, yes! Please check back on Eventbrite for availability. It is highly recommended for ease of entry that you make your timed-entry tickets in advance.
In most cases, no. When checking in, please let staff know what time your ticket was originally for, we can usually accommodate visitors. Please note, that entry after 4:30pm is not permitted.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside. Exceptions are made for any resealable or lidded beverages such as coffee or water. Please, no alcohol.
Open food and beverages, balloons, signage, noise-making devices, live plants, pets or emotional support animals, bikes, scooters, candles, photo props and tripods, and any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
Visitors are welcome to take photos personal photos. Photography Permits are required for special event photography/videography. Such as: weddings, cotillions, engagement, proposals, maternity, family, or individual portraits. Please purchase a photo permit through the Chicago Park District.
Service animals that have been individually trained to perform tasks for visitors with disabilities are the only animals permitted inside the Conservatory. For their safety, emotional support animals and pets are not permitted inside.
The Lincoln Park Conservatory does have wheelchair accessibility in all rooms except the Fern Room which has stairs on both ends. The front desk have two wheelchairs available if needed. Conservatory wheelchairs are for use only in our building. All ADA mobility aids are welcome.
Thank you for your interest in hosting an event with The Lincoln Park Conservancy. Conservatory permits are managed by the Chicago Park District. Their entire permit process is online: https://www.chicagoparkdistrict.com/permits-rentals/weddings-other-ceremony-permits.
There is a paid, public lot adjacent to the North of the Conservatory for $30.57 flat rate, card only. Parking rates may be higher during special events. It is owned and managed by SP+ Corporation. There is also free, street parking along Stockton Drive.
There is no coat check at the Lincoln Park Conservatory. Please keep your belongings with you throughout your visit. Staff will not be liable for any missing belongings.
The Conservatory and the Zoo are neighbors in Lincoln Park but there are no connections.
