Likkle but Tallawah- Community Fundraiser for Jamaica
Overview
Likkle but Tallawah - Community Fundraiser for Jamaica
Join Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) of Jamaica and friends for a night of community, great vibes, and crucial fundraising! Hurricane Melissa has tragically impacted communities across Jamaica, causing significant damage to homes, essential community spaces, and livelihoods. But the Jamaican spirit is resilient, and we are partnering with local agencies to help them rebuild stronger than before!
What to Expect at the Benefit:
Great Food & Drinks: Checkerspot Brewing will be pouring, and we will have food (soon to be announced) cooking up the best!
Live Music: We'll have a special performance by Jamaica RPCV Phillip McKnight and friends.
Laughs: A lively improv comedy set to keep the energy high with RPCV Jess Robey & other improvisors in the Baltimore area!
Raffle & Donation Boxes: Your chance to win amazing gift cards, cool experiences, and more! Every winning bid goes directly to aid. Your Impact Makes a Difference!
We are focused on two critical areas: Rebuilding essential community infrastructure. Supporting farmer cooperatives as they recover and secure their livelihoods. As Jamaicans say, “One, one coco full basket.” Even the smallest contribution—when combined with others—can create powerful, life-changing aid. Let's fill this basket together!
