Bring a mat or blanket for comfort, and prepare to be transported to a serene state of consciousness.
The Sunday Soundbath at the Groton Grange is a monthly performance of gongs, crystal bowls, and handpans, live looping, overtone singing, Indian slide guitar accompanied by a psychedelic video projection art. Donation Based. $20 recommended donation. Feel free to bring your yoga mat, sleeping bag, water bottle and pillows. we also have fold out chairs if you'd rather sit.
