Discover how one flash can take an ordinary scene into a compelling portrait. In this demonstration, we’ll explore how to create professional-quality portraits using just a single Canon Speedlite set-up.

We will discuss how flash direction, bounce, and distance affect the overall mood of an image. Working with a model (from the audience!), we’ll cover flash positioning, balancing ambient light, and different lens options to achieve a clean, dramatic look with minimal equipment!

This class is designed for every level of photographer, and is open to users of all camera manufacturers, not just Canon. Please remember to bring your camera to class with a fully charged battery.
