About this event

At last, Manhattan’s biggest, newest and most ambitious brewery is ready to spark to life. (Yes, we said Manhattan, not Brooklyn or Queens.) You’ll get an early entrance pass inside Torch & Crown Brewing’s long-awaited taproom.

Over the last year-plus at its Bronx production facility, the brewery has laser-focused its lineup of aromatic IPAs, crisp lagers and other fine fermentations, found at the New York City’s better beer bars and bottle shops. Now, Torch & Crown’s long-awaited brewery is close to opening.

You’ll be New York City’s first beer drinkers to step inside the handsome 4,000-square-foot space, its kitchen commandeered by carnivorous charcuterie specialist Christian Papanicholas, formerly of The Cannibal and Resto here in NYC. Attendees will be treated to fresh tastes of Torch’s latest and greatest beers, plus complementary bites. You’ll also get behind-the-scenes looks at the brewery, led by cofounder John Dantzler and the afternoon’s host, beer journalist Joshua M. Bernstein.
