The Foundation for Black Heritage and Culture is a Black-founded nonprofit dedicated to preserving and uplifting African American legacy through education, health equity, and community engagement. We serve Black families across Greater Houston—especially those impacted by food insecurity, health disparities, and social isolation—using cultural arts as a powerful tool for connection, healing, and pride. From health fairs to youth programs and events like Black Heritage Fest, we build spaces that reflect the richness of Black life and inspire lasting impact.
