Life Transformation Coaching Program

Are you tired of living for other people? Making decision that are in other people's best interest, instead of thinking about what is in your best interest? Does it feel like you're always drained and giving away your power? Maybe you're going through a big transition in your life.

There are many people going through transformations in their lives, and the Life Transformation Program is here to help guide you on your personal healing journey. I combine Trauma Recovery Coaching with Intuitive Energy Healing through Reiki and Sound to help guide you on the path of freedom from patterns and habits that do not serve you - such as codependancy or addictive behaviors.

On June 16, I will begin my 9-week Life Transformatio Program! You can try out the first class for FREE! If you decide that this is a community you would like to join, we will get you signed up. There is no further obligation if you decide that this class isn't for you. If you do not make it to the June 23 meeting, you will also have the option to try out the class on July 1

During this 9 week transformational program, Lynda will guide you through the steps to help you release yourself from the confines of codependency. Codependency affects many relationships, most of all your relationship with yourself. This program can also support you on your Addiction Journey. No matter what your addiction is, this prgram can help strengthen you from the inside, making it easier to make healthier choices for yourself.

You will learn about the chakra system, your intuition, boundaries, the four elements, codependency, inner child work, and we will have a book study of The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz.

The 9 week program is only $333 total - that is only $37 per class with healing!

If you need a payment plan, you can pay 1/2 before the firstsecond class on June , and half before July 14, After both payments are made, you will receive one free mini session ($50 value).
