Managing Anger/. This weekly group provides a safe and supportive space for individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration.

Reentry comes with challenges, emotions, and moments of frustration. This support group offers a safe space to talk openly, learn real-life tools to manage anger, and build positive coping strategies. Together, we focus on identifying triggers, practicing emotional control, improving communication, and developing healthier reactions to conflict.
This group is peer-led, supportive, and designed to help you move forward with confidence. Reentry can bring stress, pressure, and overwhelming emotions.

Participants will learn:

  • How to recognize anger triggers
  • Healthy ways to cope with stress and frustration
  • Communication skills that reduce conflict
  • Tools to stay grounded during difficult situations
  • Positive life-skills for navigating relationships, work, and daily challenges
