Overview
This 4-week experiential series is an invitation to return to what’s most essential within you- and to begin shaping a life that reflects it.
Rather than offering a rigid blueprint, we begin from the inside out: tapping into your innate wisdom, exploring what truly matters, identifying what's in the way, and crafting a vision for life rooted in presence and truth.
This work is not about fixing who you are, but deepening your relationship with who you already are deep within.
Through guided practices, reflection, somatic exploration, and sacred inquiry, you’ll leave each session with clarity, resonance, and real tools to carry forward.
Dates:
Session 1: June 10, 2025 6:00-8:00pm
Session 2: June 17, 2025 6:00-8:00pm
Session 3: June 24, 2025 6:00-8:00pm
Session 4: July 1, 2025 6:00-8:00pm
Week 1: Returning to Essence
Tapping Into Your Inner Wisdom & Hidden Resources
We begin by tapping into the deeper ground of your being. Through breath, somatic practice, meditation and inner listening, you’ll learn how to drop into depth and reconnect with your innate essence - your inner knowing, hidden talents, and felt sense of aliveness.
You’ll receive gentle daily practices to cultivate intimacy with your inner landscape and develop the capacity to sense and understand yourself beyond surface conditioning.
Week 2: What Truly Matters
Identifying Values, Aliveness, and Inner Orientation
From a place of deeper presence, you’ll begin to clarify your core values, natural strengths, and what genuinely brings you alive. This week isn’t about chasing purpose - it’s about listening for it. You’ll explore what feels most true and begin shaping a personal compass to guide your path forward.
Week 3: Meeting What Stands in the Way
Working with Inner Obstacles and Outer Dynamics
Here we explore the internal patterns that block movement: inner critics, self-doubt, resistance, and relationship dynamics that pull us away from ourselves. You’ll learn skillful, compassionate tools to engage these obstacles and transform stuckness into insight and action.
Week 4: Designing from the Inside Out
Visioning, Planning & Staying Connected to Self
In our final week, you’ll begin to craft a flexible, meaningful life vision - one that reflects your essence and evolves with you. You’ll create a living plan and explore how to stay in intimate contact with yourself as life unfolds. This session bridges deep inner work with practical, embodied steps forward.

Host:
Asyl’s journey spans over a decade of rigorous practice, beginning with the Kriya and Tantra yoga traditions and later deepening through samatha and vipassana practices rooted in Theravada Buddhism. After many retreats and years of dedicated training, he chose to fully devote himself to exploring the nature of the mind, undergoing intensive training in the Rinzai Zen tradition at Korinji - Rinzai Zen Monastery. Today, he continues to practice within the Zen tradition, enriching his path with training in the mystical teachings of Sufism, non-dual meditation teacher programs, and somatic teacher trainings.
His work is rooted in the psycho-spiritual domain, where he practices and teaches direct methods for engaging the whole being - body, mind, subtle energy system, and heart. Asyl’s approach is integrative, blending the rigor of disciplined practice with a deep sensitivity to the unfolding of inner experience and the natural flow of life. He invites practitioners into an embodied path of transformation – one that honors the intelligence of the body-mind, nurtures presence, and expands perception beyond the ordinary as a gateway to the Sacred and Divine.
