Overview

A guided session where space is held for the sacred current of life-force to rise. Allowing the body to release, recalibrate, and remember.

Join me as we move into the New Year for an in-person group session, designed to help promote and awaken your natural energy flow. This inner current—often referred to as kundalini, shakti, or life-force energy—can support deep release, healing, and alignment with your true and highest self. This session will be oriented toward higher energy and forward momentum, supporting creativity, passion, and new insight. Music will be a little more activating, with grounding moments intentionally woven in to support balance, emotional presence, and intergration. Ideal if you're feeling called to awaken your inner fire going into 2026 while staying connected and embodied.

During the session, you’ll lie down with eyes closed as music and my energy guides the space. I use light touch and intuitive energetic prompts on chakras and meridian points to help open pathways where your energy may be blocked or dormant. While you may remain relaxed on the outside, your inner experience can be powerful and profound.

Participants often report such things as tingling or pulsing sensations, emotional waves, spontaneous movements, expanded awareness, or deep inner peace. Some experience vivid colors or visions, while others simply feel a subtle shift or a renewed sense of clarity. Every session is unique, and all experiences—intense or subtle—are completely in alignment and honored.

This gathering offers a supportive and safe space for nervous system recalibratioin, emotional release, personal and spiritual growth, and authentic energetic work. Come with an open mind, connect with your inner current, and allow the magic to unfold. Space is limited to keep experience intimate.

How to Prepare & What to Bring

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
  • Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours beforehand.
  • Eat lightly and avoid heavy meals for 3 hours before the session.
  • Wear clothing that allows you to move and relax comfortably
  • Bring a light sweater if you chill easily
  • Bring water to stay hydrated.
  • Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
