This is a guided energy transmission designed to stir and awaken your inner life-force (can also be referred to as kundalini activation). You will  lie down in a safe, relaxed space, and I work with energy points on your body to help release blockages, deepen awareness, and support healing.

How to prepare and what to bring?

Please arrive on time. Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours before. Try not to eat a heavy meal about three or four hours before. Wear comfy clothing, your own yoga mat if you want, but one will be provided and water. A blanket or light sweater is helpful too.

Those experiencing any Mental Disorders  or emotional crisis(e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, manic disorder, OCD, psychosis) Those with epilepsy, terminal illness, cardiovascular diseases (including prior heart attack), uncontrolled high blood pressure, strokes, seizures, or who are pregnant.
