Library Tour in Chinese 中文图书馆之旅

Whether it's your first time visiting the library, or you're hoping to learn more about the services we offer, you're warmly invited to join our Mandarin-language guided tour! This one-hour tour, conducted in Mandarin, will introduce you to key spaces and services in our main library, including:

• Chinese-language collection on the top floor of the Main Library
• Computer & Technology Area
• ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) section and related books
• How to use the service desk: Borrowing, returning, placing holds, asking questions
• First-floor collections & an introduction to the historic Richardson building
• Teen area: A welcoming space for studying and relaxing
• Makerspace: Hands-on creative activities and digital technology tools
• Children’s Room: Books and programs for children and families

We'll also introduce you to many of the library’s free programs and services that go beyond traditional expectations — such as Chinese digital collections, ESOL classes, Library of things, makerspace programs, technology help, storytimes, and much more.

Open to Chinese speakers of all ages and all Chinese-language levels.
