This is for the person who keeps everything together even though their heart is breaking. This is for the mom who has a smile on her face for her kids but needs to fall apart. This is for the person who reads the news and feels the rage building but has to push it down and numb. This is for everyone

Is this only happening on May 31st?

This is the first in a 3 part series. Sign up for the full series or drop in for a single day. The other dates are: Saturday, June 28th 7-9PM and Saturday, July 26th 7-9PM. Each one will be different from the last and has its own curated soundtrack. You have the option to buy a 3-pack for a discount

Why won't you disclose the studio location?

For the privacy and safety of our participants, I will only release the studio location upon a successful registration . But, it is a beautiful, airy studio with high ceilings and is located in Inner SE Portland. There are indoor bike racks and street parking. Space will be as dark as possible.

Who is this for?

This event is offered solely to women, femmes and of course our non-binary babes.

Is this like a dance class?

Accepted Answer

No. Nor is it an ecstatic dance night. This is an immersive experience to connect to your wise, all knowing body. There’s no expectation, no choreography, no pressure to perform. I will guide you through some somatic movement practices. You can follow your impulses or not move at all.

Question 6

What do I wear?

Accepted Answer

Anything that makes you feel the most YOU, comfortable moving and sweating in. You may want to bring a sweatshirt or blanket in case you get chilly when lying down.

What if the event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the unlikely event that Liberation Frequency is cancelled by the facilitator, you will be fully refunded for your ticket. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.

Do you need experience in somatic movement?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! This journey is very personal and meets you exactly wherever you are at. It's not about forcing or pushing but rather, to listen. to be held by the floor - to go deep and experience healing.

What is the fee to attend?

Each event in the series is $40 per ticket. If you purchase a 3-pack, the price is reduced to $30 per ticket.

What do you say to: "I'm too shy to do this in front of others"?

Accepted Answer

I hear you and sending a lot of love to the part of you that thinks she/they is too big or needs to be alone to heal. I want to offer up some details about the environment in case that softens the idea of it. We will have ample space for everyone to spread out and the lights will be dimmed.

Anything else?

Accepted Answer

Everyone is having their own unique experience. You can have your eyes open or closed. You can face a wall if you would like.  There is zero expectation for you to do anything. This is an opportunity for your body to release all its contained stress living inside.
