LFA (Life Force Arts) Movement & Voice Training - Fundamentals level works with movement and sound to help alleviate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pain. It is especially good for removing physical pain, such as strain in the neck, back, hips or any part of the body, through helping you learn correct body mechanics. In addition, exploring the expression of your mind and emotions through the movement of your body can release and heal thoughts and feelings of anxiety, sadness, anger, help you think clearly and be motivated to take action in your life.

In this on-going class, we will explore the three basic types of movement and sound that can help us revolutionize our way of moving, speaking and being in the world:

• Dimensions - finding full range of motion of height, width and depth in each joint
• Dynamics - moving like the elements - Water, Earth, Fire, Air & Space
• Chakras - initiating motion and sound from each of the 7 energy centers of the body

We will individualize the practices, relating each type of movement to any issues of mind, body and spirit that the students may have.

This is an on-going class on Wednesday nights from 7:15 - 8:45 PM. Please check schedule on LFA's website calendar for exceptions when the class will not meet due to holidays, etc.
