Lexington Real Estate Networking Meet Up

If you are a real estate investor and would like to network with other investors, come to this meet-up at The Service Station.

We have been meeting up every 4th Monday of the month for over 3 years. There are always new people and regulars in attendance. This is a great way to promote your business and build your network

Ryan Dotson is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for District 73, representing parts of Clark and Fayette Counties. A veteran and lifelong entrepreneur, Ryan has owned and operated several small businesses, including a roofing company, restaurants, and multiple real estate ventures ranging from long-term and short-term rentals to property flips.

Drawing on his experience as a landlord, Ryan has championed legislation that protects property owners’ rights — including House Bill 18, which removed Section 8 mandates, and House Bill 173, which limited government overreach in rental and lead registries. His firsthand understanding of real estate investing and property management makes him a powerful advocate for Kentucky’s business and housing community.
