30-60-90
Set your new hires up for success in their role within your organization! When you establish a purposeful first 90 days, you are ensuring that your new hire is highly engaged, forming the right habits and ready to help you fulfill the vision you have for your business.
The hiring process begins with the KPA and Career Visioning and continues with 30-60-90 – it doesn’t end on your new hire’s first day. This course will walk you through the entire onboarding process, from preparation to evaluation, maximizing your new hire’s success trajectory, and as a result, your own!

In Success Through Others, you will discover how to pour into your talented team members in order to create opportunities for them so that they can fulfill their own needs. As a result, your business will grow!

- Learn to verify Job Fit and Personal Reports for hiring and recruiting.

About Peter Chabris:
Peter Chabris is the founder and CEO of The Chabris Group, which closed 491 transactions for $143M in volume and $4.1M in GCI in 2024. The Chabris Group is regularly recognized as the top sales team in Cincinnati across all brokerages and within the KW Ohio Valley Region.
Peter is also the Founder and majority shareholder of Keller Williams Seven Hills Realty, Cincinnati's 6th largest brokerage. In 2019 he was awarded the Master Faculty designation by Keller Williams University and is a certified Leverage Series instructor. His favorite subjects to teach are Quantum Leap, Business Planning Workshop, the Leverage Series, and scaling organizations.
In his free time, Peter enjoys mountain sports, especially skiing. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife Lynn. His daughter attends Boston University and his son is a junior in high school.
