In this two-day, small-group workshop in Phoenix, we’ll sit down together (laptops open, distractions off) and execute the systems you need so you can achieve the time, money, and location freedom the Leverage Agent model is designed to deliver.

What You’ll Accomplish in Two Days

We’ll divide the workshop into four focused sessions:

Day 1 – Morning: Lead Conversion Copy

• Build your seller & buyer drip autoresponder campaigns.

• Position yourself as the trusted expert so leads take appointments with you.

Day 1 – Afternoon: Appointment Setting Systems

• Set up your systems for lead follow-up & conversion.

• Learn how to plug in a $5/hr virtual assistant appointment setter to book calls with your leads.

Day 2 – Morning: Buyer & Seller Presentations

• Create and personalize your buyer and seller presentations.

• Learn how to confidently deliver them on Zoom.

Day 2 – Afternoon: Client Service Delivery

• Systematize how to handle signed buyers and sellers.

• Leverage VAs and showing agents to run showings, manage transactions, and keep deals moving — while you focus on negotiations and closing.
