Once you register here on Eventbrite, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. You’ll also get a reminder before the event begins. Just click the link and join us from wherever you are.

Who is this workshop for?

This space is especially for high-functioning, responsible adults (especially women) who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. If you’ve been holding it all together but feel something’s missing, you’re in the right place.

Do I have to be on camera?

Nope! You’re welcome to keep your camera off. Just bring your attention and an open heart. No pressure, no spotlight. This is your time.

What if I can’t make it live? Will there be a replay?

This workshop is designed to be experienced live for full impact. At this time, a replay is not guaranteed. We recommend showing up live if you can!

What should I bring?

Just a quiet space, something to write with, and maybe your favorite tea or comfy blanket. This is a time for you to get still and reflect. Make it cozy!

This is a coaching workshop, not therapy. Dr. Falisa does have training in Psychology, but provides transformational life coaching rooted in emotional intelligence, reflection, and mindset work, not clinical treatment.
