What to bring: Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and any other items that provide comfort such as a blanket, pillow, eye pillow, etc. Limited floor space!
As autumn deepens, the trees show us the sacred art of release. Just as the leaves fall with grace, we too are invited to let go of what we no longer need — the stories, patterns, and heaviness that weigh us down.
This Reiki-infused sound bath offers a space to soften into that process of release. Surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gentle vocal tones, you’ll be guided to shed what is ready to fall away, creating space within for clarity and renewal.

Gina Cranford is a Gendai Reiki Master Shihan and Sound Healing practitioner. Her studio, In Tune Mind and Body, is located in Berlin. Gina uses a large grouping of crystal sound bowls, a frame drum, and her own voice during these events. She is intuitively guided to create various combinations of tones based on the energy blended by the surroundings and each participant. No two sound baths are alike.
