Not at all! This event takes place during regular clinic hours and is designed as a casual, open house. You're welcome to stop by whenever it's convenient for you. There's no formal presentation—just a chance to meet our staff, ask questions about vein health, and schedule a consultation.

Do I have to confirm my attendance?

Yes, confirmation is required after you RSVP. This helps us prepare our staff and order the right amount of lunch. We'll call and email you the day before the event to confirm your attendance.

Can I get a same day consultation?

If time permits and the clinic schedule allows, we're happy to offer consultations same day. Otherwise, your consultation from the event will be booked at a later date.

What if I RSVP but can't make it?
