Let’s Talk Trauma: Faith, Healing & Finding Strength

We carry so many untold stories in our bodies and hearts. Trauma isn’t always loud or obvious — sometimes it lingers quietly, shaping how we see ourselves, our relationships, even our faith.

Join us for an evening of reflection and healing at Al-Falah Mosque, where we’ll explore:

  • How trauma affects the body, mind and imān
  • Simple faith-based and psychological tools to navigate triggers
  • Recognising the hidden signs of trauma in ourselves or loved ones

This session will be led by Ustazah Dr Noraini, who brings both scholarship and compassion to the conversation, and moderated by Dr Mumtaz of Sacred Heartwork. Together, we’ll open a safe, stigma-free space to learn, share, and take home practical steps for the journey of healing.

Whether you are personally navigating trauma, supporting someone you love, or simply seeking to understand, this event is for you.
