About this event

Welcome to Let's Talk SEND! This event is for Tower Hamlets residents and services!

Join us for a drop in event on Thu May 22 2025 at 09:30 AM in the Grocer's Wing, Ground Floor of Tower Hamlets Town Hall for an exciting event focused on Social Communication Difference and Autism.

Whether you're a parent, carer of a child aged 0-7years or just interested in learning more about what services are available, this event is for you! Come and connect with others in the community, share experiences, and gain valuable insights on how to best to support children with Social Communication Difference and Autism.

We are focussing on ages 0-7yrs because the services attending are most suited to this age group. We will run future events for older children and young people so keep an eye out for those.

We will have speakers and services from Tower Hamlets NHS, Parent Carer Forums, Education, Council and SEN who will cover a range of topics to help you understand where to go for inclusion and support. Don't miss this opportunity to learn, connect, and empower yourself to make a difference!

There will be an area for you to write down suggestions and give us feedback for what you'd like to see at future events. We'd love to hear your ideas.

So mark your calendars and spread the word - Let's Talk SEND is a must-attend event for anyone wanting to learn about how to get support going now for your child. We can't wait to see you there!

Light refreshments will be provided.
