MOMS (OR AUNTIES/STEP-MOMS, GOD-MOMS) I am excited to announce that we will be hosting a workshop for young girls this month. If you have:

-A young daughter between the ages of 9-21

-Looking for a great opportunity to educate your young daughter about puberty and understanding the changes that are occurring

-Or you are trying to prepare your older daughter for more adult topics (datings, sex, birth control) and all the things that gives you anxiety!

-You want your daughter to receive information and guidance from a reputable source- Dr. White-Videa an OB/GYN

Then this is the workshop for you! Please RSVP for this event as seats are limited!

PLUS, what better way to kick off the summer than with this great bonding experience for mother and daughter.

How is the day structured?

There will be two workshops: 10-11:30 am for girls 9-13; 12-1:30pm for 14+. Moms may attend the workshop for the younger girls.

Is there a cost?

$15 donation is being requested and is greatly appreciated. But please don't let money stop you from attending this event! Please call us to further discuss!

What is the goal of this workshop?

To educate and empower young girls by simply providing the facts. The workshop will be led by Dr. Jessica White-Videa a Board Certified OB/GYN.
