Mini-Workshop: “Try This Tool Now!” (20 mins)
The host or a volunter will lead this workshop by introducing AI tools we recommend you try. For this session, you’ll need two electronic devices—one to join the Zoom meeting and another to actively work with the tool.

1. Do I need to install any tools before the workshop?

No. Most tools we'll mention are web-based.

2. Why do you recommend using two electronic devices?

Using two devices—one for the Zoom meeting and one for hands-on activity—makes it easier to follow along while trying the AI tool in real time. A computer + phone or two browser windows also work.

3. What kind of AI tools will be shared?

A mix of tools for productivity, marketing, writing, design, and automation—everyone will share what’s working for them and what’s not.

6. What if I’m new to AI and don’t know any tools?

That’s totally fine! This event is beginner-friendly, and the goal is to discover new tools together.

4. Do I have to share a tool during the event?

No, sharing is optional! But we encourage you to participate in the chat or breakout rooms to get the most out of the experience.

5. Will I get a list of all the tools mentioned?

Yes! A shared Google Doc will be provided after the event with all tools, links, and participant info (for those who opt in).

7. Is this event recorded?

Not usually, to keep the event informal and interactive. Most importantly, for privacy reasons, we prefer that the event is not recorded.
