No, the butter we make in class you cannot take home with you.

Learn how to make butter from scratch using heavy whipping cream. We will try two different techniques before moving on to create three flavorful compound butters. This class will give you the skills to make butter at home with friends and family during the holidays. Kids will especially enjoy the process. Anna from Hela will provide appetizers.
