Join Sow Grow and Cook CIC at the Cromwell Road Allotments for free, hands-on gardening sessions where you'll learn how to grow your own food, compost kitchen and garden waste, and protect the environment. Open to all ages, our friendly sessions are led by experienced growers and ecologists who’ll guide you through everything from sowing seeds to creating nutrient-rich compost. You'll also learn about local wildlife, sustainable living, and how small actions can make a big difference.

💡 What to bring: Wear appropriate clothing for outdoor activities and the weather (boots, waterproofs, etc.). All tools and materials are provided.
