About this event

Michele, Britt, and Richie (and Scott!) are taking their three solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe for the month of August, and are throwing a pre-fringe fundraiser show.
Come see the debuts of the latest versions of Always, Sometimes, Maybe by Michele Stine, Arachne by Britt Anderson, and The Mothman Cometh by Richie Schiraldi!
You can buy a ticket to individual shows, or a discounted ticket to see all three! There will also be a merch table. All proceeds go towards their travels in Edinburgh - help them feed themselves. Let's Go!
Each show will be approximately an hour, with a small break in between for concessions and resetting the space.

Always, Sometimes, Maybe - Age 6+

This show follows a janitor who, with nothing but her trash and lots of imagination, tries to find connection. Using physical comedy and puppetry, this show is suitable for ages 6+. A funny, tender journey into what it means to be alone – and how we find our way back to each other.

Arachne - Age 16+
A bold, dramatic comedy that sets the myth of Athena and Arachne (the first spider) in the American South. Britt Anderson uses characters, handmade webs, and a conga line to weave the tale of a friendship gone very wrong. Mean Girls meets Steel Magnolias with a touch of body horror.

The Mothman Cometh - Age 16+
Darkness.
We’ve been told to fear it.
The Mothman says otherwise: Darkness is a time to dream, to think, to love. To feed.
Come. Join the Mothman. Follow him into the depths of the void and offer up your shadows!

**This show contains haze and is performed in the dark for long stretches of time.
It is lit by Mothman’s glowing red eyes, and has select moments of light to break up long periods of darkness.
This show has frequent (optional) audience interaction. While participation is not mandatory, audience members should be aware of the potential for unexpected or intimate interactions during the performance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy a ticket for only one show?

Yes, there will be tickets sold individually, as well as a discounted ticket for the whole evening.

Can I bring my kids?

Kids ages 6+ are welcome to the first show Always, Sometimes, Maybe! Due to some of the content in Arachne and The Mothman Cometh, the age restriction is 16+.

Will there be breaks in between the shows?

Yes. We will have to reset the space for each performance, which also allows us to practice our incredibly tight load-in and strike times in Edinburgh. There will be approximately 15 minutes in between each performance, though we ay hold for audience needs.

Can we donate more money to help out?

Yes! There will be QR codes printed for each artist if you'd like to donate to them, and there will also be a merch table with stickers, T-shirts, and more!

Is it expensive to go to Edinburgh?

In short, yes. Each artist is investing several thousand dollars in the hopes of breaking even from ticket sales. You can find out more details by asking the artists, at the artists' discretion.

How will you split up the funds?

Each artist will receive full payout for all individual tickets sold for their show. Any full-evening tickets will be split evenly.
