Join us for Let's Get Loud: Raise Your Voice - a powerful 3 hour empowerment workshop designed for women and LGBTQ+ adults and youth 13 and up. Through movement, guided journaling, group sharing and creative reflection activities, we'll create a safe, inclusive space to heal, grow and rise together.
